PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manufacture by eliminating a wire connection process and a soldering process, and to obtain a stabilized magnetic field by making the flux density uniform. SOLUTION: A coil forming section 1 where a wire is wound up spirally to form a winding, a coil forming section 2 where the wire is wound down spirally to form a winding, and a coil forming section 3 where a wire is wound up spirally to form a winding are formed in order. Ending part 1b of the wire at the coil forming section 1 corresponds to the starting part 2a of the wire at the coil forming section 2, ending part 2b of the wire at the coil forming section 2 corresponds to the starting part 3a of the wire at the coil forming section 3, and the transient part (intersecting part of first and second layers) at the coil forming sections 1, 2 and the transient part (intersecting part of second and third layers) of the coil forming sections 2, 3 exist at the same position.
