摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an influence of a data traffic having a band variation on an image traffic in a network operating the data traffic and the image traffic at the same time. SOLUTION: An analysis whether there is the image traffic or not is conducted before an information is transmitted to a transmission line, and a quality of the image is secured by controlling a band quantity to transmit the data traffic and the image traffic when the image traffic is detected.
