PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of an on-board electronic circuit unit capable of enlarging a space in a cabin of an automobile, capable of exhibiting enhanced cargo loading performance, and excellent in appearance. SOLUTION: This fixing structure of the on-board electronic circuit unit is provided with a base plate 3 fixed on a glass plate 1 of the automobile, and a frame body 5 attached on the base plate 3 and is surround by side plates 6 and 7 on four sides. A recession 5a is provided on both sides of a protrusion 6a of the frame body 5, the volume of the frame body 5 is reduced, a tapered part on the protrusion 6a side of the frame body 5 having the small volume is protruded into the cabin of the automobile, the space in the cabin is enlarged, and cargo loading capacity near the glass plate 1 on the rear part can be enhanced.
