PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface decorative particle transfer sheet properly obtained by arranging and capturing a profile surface decorative particle group having no flat adhesive surface on the surface of a synthetic resin film and capable of decorating a surface to be decorated by pressing the surface decorative particle transfer sheet to the surface to be decorated by the same technique as a transfer sheet, wherein flat tiles are bonded to a sheet, and peeling the synthetic resin film. SOLUTION: The surface decorative particle transfer sheet has a structure wherein the group of surface decorating particles 6 are arranged on the surface of the synthetic resin film 7 and the surfaces of the end parts of the surface decorating particles 6 are captured in a closely bonded state by the film 7 while enveloping the end parts of the surface decorating particles 6. This transfer sheet has a large number of the surface decorating particles 6 arranged on its suction surface and sucked from the lower surface sides of the surface decorating particles 6 while heating and softening the film 7 which covers the upper surface side of the group of the particles 6 and the film 7 is closely bonded to the upper end surfaces of the particles 6 while incorporated in the gaps between the peripheral surfaces of the upper end parts of the particles 6 by suction to capture the upper end parts of the particles 6.
