PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a heat storing performance of a heat storage tank by properly arranging a heat radiating part of a heat pipe and the heat storage tank in a heat storage system comprising the heat pipe and the heat storage tank. SOLUTION: A diameter of a lower part 81 of the heat storage tank 8 is reduced in comparison with its upper part 80, and the heat radiating part 14 of the heat pipe 13 is formed at the lower part 81 of the heat storage tank 8 to reduce heat radiation from the heat storage tank 8.
