<p>The invention relates to a set for treating the degeneracy of a damaged intervertebral disc arranged between two vertebrae. Said set comprises cells (22) that are similar or dissimilar to those of the intervertebral disc and can be implanted in said disc; and at least one device (10) for stabilising the two vertebrae, said device being provided with two screws (12, 14) which are respectively screwed into one of the vertebrae (V1, V2), a long connecting piece (16), and two fixing elements (18, 20) for fixing the head of each of said screws to one of the ends of the connecting piece, preventing the intervertebral disc from being subjected to excessive mechanical stresses.</p> |
