PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform quick processing in response to its very small quantity, by extremely easily performing affinity chromatography. SOLUTION: A monolithic structure is fitted and fixed to a liquid feeding hole of a device such as a pipet tip fixed to a micropipet. Its pore surface is modified and refined by using a coating and a chemical modifying material suitable for a desired separated sample for the monolithic structure. A functional group of this modifying material and a functional group of ligand are cross-linked and fixed by a bonding bivalent reagent. The modifying material, the functional group and the bivalent reagent of these desired parts are supplied and removed by pipetting. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
