FIELD: mechanical engineering; steam turbines. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed steam turbine cylinder body consists of inner and outer bodies with interbody space and steam intake branch pipes with sealing bushings, nozzle chambers with necks, unions, bladings of steam turbine stages with guide and working blades. One of bladings of steam turbine stages is arranged in inner body of cylinder, and the other, in shells of cylinder outer body. Unions are furnished with piston rings. Steam intake branch pipe of outer body of steam turbine cylinder is made with cone-like outer wall, being rigidly connected by welding to outer body of cylinder. Welded joint is located in zone of working temperatures lower than relaxation threshold of cylinder structural steel. Bore for sealing bushings of steam intake branch pipe is made in form of ring grooves arranged concentrically relative to axis of steam intake branch pipe. Lower part of union is rigidly connected by welded joint with neck of nozzle chamber, and middle part of unit, with neck of steam intake branch pipe of inner body of cylinder. Non-fastened upper part of union accommodating fitted-on piston rings passes through intercylinder space to sealing bushing of steam intake branch pipe of cylinder outer body, thus forming sealing pair. Said sealing pair permits expansion displacement of union of cylinder inner body relative to steam intake branch pipe of cylinder outer body at preservation of tightness of sealed joint. ^ EFFECT: provision of reliability and compact design of steam intake unit and its tightness, facilitated repairing. ^ 1 dwg |
