FIELD: food processing industry, in particular sauce production technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: sauce is prepared by straining fresh or baked apples and fresh cranberry. Then obtained product is mixed with sugar and red dry wine, homogenized, heated up to 60°C, and pre-packed. Claimed invention makes it possible to exclude heat treatment of whole necessary parts of plant raw materials and therefore to reduce energy consumption for 8.5 %. ^ EFFECT: simplified method of reduced cost. |
