PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater drilling rod device simply driving a drilling rod as a mooring index into a water bottom and pulling it out of the water bottom in a short time by small labor force. SOLUTION: This underwater drilling rod device including a rod main body 12 erected by drilling and burying a lower end into a mud layer on the water bottom 308 and protruding an upper end side above a water surface includes a drilling and advancing body 14 provided in a lower end part of the rod main body 12 and drilling and advancing by rotation input around a longitudinal axis from a water surface protruding part 12a and a rotation input receiving part 16 provided in the water surface protruding part 12a of the rod main body and receiving rotation input by an inputting means 46 to rotate the rod main body around the longitudinal axis. The rod main body is constituted by connecting a plurality of rod main bodies detachably in the longitudinal direction. The drilling and advancing body in a lower end part of the rod main body drills and advances smoothly while rotating by rotation input from above the water surface to finish erecting work simply in a short period of time.
