PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device and the like capable of accurately calculating Doppler effect of a signal from satellite used in a satellite navigation system, and acquiring a result of positioning in a short time. SOLUTION: This terminal device comprises a supplementary information requiring means for requiring the supplementary information created on the basis of the base station positional information indicating a position of a base station 20, and the communication range information indicating a range communicatable by the base station, a base station distance information creating means for creating the base station distance information indicating a distance between the position of the base station and a position of the last positioning on the basis of the base station positional information included in the supplementary information and the positional information of the last positioning, an estimated error distance information creating means for creating the estimated error distance information indicating the estimated error distance as a range where the terminal device can exist, on the basis of the base station distance information and the communication range information included in the supplementary information, and an estimated error distance allowable range determining means or the like for determining whether the estimated error distance is within an allowable range or not.
