PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information related with another vehicle in the optimal display mode matched with actual emergency even when the traveling status of another vehicle is changed. SOLUTION: A data string transmitted from another vehicle is received by an other vehicle information receiving means 1, and converted by an other vehicle information calculating means 2, and other vehicle information including the location or speed of the other vehicle and the driving operation information or the like is calculated. The other vehicle to be displayed is selected by a display object selecting means 8 by using the other vehicle information and its own vehicle information showing the status of its own vehicle, and the display mode of information related with the other vehicle are decided based on the relative location and relative speed of the other vehicle to its own vehicle and the status of the driving operation by a relative relation predicting means 9.
