PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door interlocking device which is applicable in common to doors of different thicknesses and doors arranged across different gap dimensions. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the door interlocking device 41, a sliding hole 66 formed in a transfer body 64 is formed like a slot extending along a width direction of a substrate 43 of the door interlocking device 41. Then a distal end of a fitting body 31 of a pivot shaft 26 is fitted with play into the sliding hole 66 formed in the transfer body 64, in a manner movable along a thickness direction of a first door body 22, that is the same as the width direction of the substrate 43. Thus even if the first door body 22, a second door body 23, and a third door body 24 have thicknesses different from each other, or the first door body 22, the second door body 23, and the third door body 24 are arranged across different gap dimensions, the pivot shaft 26 can move along the thickness direction of the first door body 22 in the sliding hole 66 formed in the transfer body 64, and therefore change in thickness of the first to third door bodies 22 to 24 or change in gaps between the door bodies can be absorbed by the movement.
