PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain packing case device which is lightweight with a simple configuration, and expressing flare-like vertical pleats having a large and smooth curved surface similar to that of a new curtain even when the curtain is used immediately after the curtain is returned to a person committed to the cleaning, and a cleaning curtain packing and conveying method. SOLUTION: The curtain packing case device includes a U-shaped frame part 16 which is long in one direction to form a storage part S for a curtain N by at least opposing vertical walls 12 and a bottom wall 14. A return-receiving member is provided, which receives the return of the curtain at the positions close to both ends in the longitudinal direction and abutted on the return surface. The return-receiving member is provided in a crossing manner to receive the curtain at the height position higher than the curtain storage height in an intermediate space between the opposing vertical walls.
