BLUR IMAGE CORRECTION DEVICE, BLUR IMAGE CORRECTION METHOD, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operator to precisely designate the direction and the degree of a blur by an easy operation for correcting the blur with high precision. SOLUTION: In a blur correction window WD3, an image before correction and an image after correction by a blur correction routine are indicated. A graphic tool TL is superimposed onto the image before correction to be displayed. The graphic tool TL is operated through a mouse for allowing input of the direction and the degree of the blur.
