PHOTOSENSITIVE TRANSFER MATERIAL, COLOR FILTER SUBSTRATE AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive transfer material of which the thickness is uniform even when protrusions for control of liquid crystal alignment are formed on a large substrate, and which ensures no chipping of pixels after transferring and patterning steps; a color filter substrate with a pattern formed using the transfer material; and a liquid crystal display using the color filter substrate.

SOLUTION: The photosensitive transfer material has at least one positive photosensitive resin layer on a temporary support, wherein an oxygen permeability rate of the positive photosensitive resin layer is ≥50 cc/m2day atm. The color filter substrate with a pattern formed using the transfer material and the liquid crystal display using the color filter substrate are also provided.
