PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesion method by which a magnetic head can be made to adhere and to be fixed between a pair of movable arms of a head micromotion substrate with a predetermined adhesion area. SOLUTION: When both side adhesion surfaces of the magnetic head are made to adhere to the pair of movable arms of the head micromotion substrate, the adhesion method is provided with a step for positioning the magnetic head at the center of the pair of movable arms of the head micromotion substrate and measuring a clearance between the pair of movable arms and the adhesion surfaces of the magnetic head, a step for calculating an optimum amount of an adhesive resin according to the amount of the measured clearance, a step for drawing out the magnetic head from the gap between the pair of movable arms of the head micromotion substrate and making the adhesive resin of the amount calculated in the calculation step adhere to the adhesion surfaces of the magnetic head and an adhesion step for inserting the magnetic head having the adhesion resin adhering to the adhesion surfaces thereof between the pair of movable arms of the head micromotion substrate.
