PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive shaft for an all terrain vehicle capable of improving a steering feeling. SOLUTION: In the drive shafts which are equipped for a saddle-riding type vehicle for running on an irregular ground and transmit driving force to wheels via constant velocity universal joints J1 and J2 located at inboard and outboard sides, rubber boots are used as a boot for a constant velocity universal joint.
