<p>A drive (10) for a building door arrangement (11) comprising a gear box means (13) and a motor device (12) is disclosed. Said motor device (12) is provided for driving the gear box means (13) for operating a door between an open and a closed position, said drive (10) is provided with a coupling (8) for operating the drive between a disengaged and engaged state of the connection between the drive (10) and the door arrangement (11), wherein a detecting device is provided for detecting the state, disengaged or engaged, of the connection between the drive and the door arrangement (11). The detecting device is of a non-contact type and associated with said coupling (8) and said detecting device is constituted of a receiving means (3) and sending means (1) on opposite sides of a housing (7), covering the coupling (8), for receiving a signal from said sending means (1) to said receiving means (3).</p> |
