PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding canoe that can be easily set up and folded. SOLUTION: This folding canoe is composed of a frame comprising lengthwise members separable and foldable in such structure that they can be collected to one plane in the lengthwise direction at a center of a hull that is perpendicular to the bottom, and rib members connected to it to be rotatable, and a hull cloth on which the frame is installed.
