<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid applicator where a liquid discharge amount can be adjusted and a flow path between a middle stopper and a discharge member is opened/closed by attaching a discharge member, which is constructed of the row of comb teeth including solid comb teeth being higher at both ends and comb teeth having a flow path at an inner part being higher at an inner side by defining the tops as discharge openings and where a small comb member is attached, to the container opening part of a tube container, turning the discharge member within a fixed range, and vertically moving the discharge member, and to provide the liquid applicator which prevents the introduction of atmospheric air and to which a synthetic resin-made tube container is attached. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid applicator has the tube container, the discharge member, and the comb member. The discharge member has a discharge opening section and an installation cap installable on the opening tube section of the tube member. The comb member has a comb base body attached to the discharge member and the row of comb teeth provided on the comb body in a projecting manner. The row of comb teeth is constructed from the solid comb teeth at the both ends and the comb teeth which are arranged at the inner side and where the flow path communicating with the comb base body is internally pierced by defining the tops as the discharge openings.
