PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a selective operation crossing layers in classification and management of data by preparing a temporary classification means by color or symbol in addition to holder management. SOLUTION: This data processor including a data memory 6 and an image display means 2 and listing one or more pieces of data so that the respective data can be selectively processed comprises a selection means selecting one of a plurality of temporary classification keys; a temporary classification means selecting optional data during displaying data or during listing the data, and assigning the temporary classification key selected by the selection means to the data; a narrowing means narrowing data in a data storage means based on the temporary classification key selected by the selection means; a processing execution means displaying processing menus for the narrowed data group and selectively executing the processing; and a classification erasing means erasing temporary classification key information that is the processing object from the data after ending the processing.
