<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support determination of an acting destination of a user by providing a browsing service of lucky direction information of the user and preliminarily registered place information. <P>SOLUTION: A lucky direction retrieval determination part 13 fetches user information composed of an address and a birth date, automatically obtains a highly lucky direction and a lucky direction of the user by Kigaku, and outputs data located in the luck direction from data relevant to preliminarily registered places such as stores and facilities.
