MANUFACTURING METHOD OF GRAFT POLYMERIZATION POWDER, AND THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a graft polymerization powder which maintains good powder handling ability and can give high impact resistance when a thermoplastic resin is added, and to provide a thermoplastic resin composition containing the graft polymerization powder. SOLUTION: Aqueous dispersion of a polyorganosiloxane graft polymer (A) is obtained by coagulating the polyorganosiloxane graft polymer (A) in the aqueous dispersion and is made into a slurry. To this slurry, a hard inelastic polymer (B) having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of≥40°C in an amount of 0.1-10 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the polyorganosiloxane graft polymer (A) is added. The graft polymerization powder (C) is obtained by coating the polyorganosiloxane graft polymer (A) with the hard inelastic polymer (B). COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
