PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching arrangement having an excellent operation feeling, which can be used for a thin set with a restricted depth since its depth dimension can be shortened. SOLUTION: This switching arrangement is equipped with a stationary terminal 2, a conductor plate 8 having a movable contact 9 moved into and out of contact with a stationary contact 2a provided on the stationary terminal 2, a center terminal 3 which movably supports the conductor plate 8 and is provided side by side with the stationary terminal 2 on the inner bottom face of a case 1, a support arm 7 one end of which is locked by the conductor plate 8 and the other end of which is locked by the center terminal 3, an elastic member 10 locked between the conductor plate 8 and the center terminal 3 to movably energize the conductor plate 8, an operating member 11 to force the movable contact 9 into and out of contact with the stationary contact 2 by driving the conductor plate 8, and locking mechanisms 5, 11e to lock the operating member 11 at a pushing position. The stationary terminal 2 and the center terminal 3 are provided side by side in the direction perpendicular to the pushing direction of the operating member 11, and a pair of the stationary terminal and the center terminal are alternately disposed face to face on the inner bottom face of the case 1, and a pair of the conductor plates 8 driven by pushing of the operating member 11 are made to alternately face each other so as to be each supported by a pair of the center terminals 3.
