PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer system control system capable of easily controlling the operation of a transfer system device even if the positions of a transfer device and the transfer system device are changed on a network. SOLUTION: The transfer system control system 10 is equipped with the terminal device 20 having an information transfer processing part 25 transmitting main information, the transfer system device 50 having an information transfer processing part 51 transferring the main information, and a session control server 40 having an approval information generation part 42 generating approval information to be used by the transfer system device 50. The terminal device 20 has a control information processing part 24 generating transfer system control information, including the approval information, for controlling the operation of the information transfer processing part 51, and the transfer system device 50 has an approval part 52 performing approval based upon approval key information used to approve the approval information and the approval information in the transfer system control information transmitted by the information transfer processing part 25, and the information transfer processing part 51 operates under conditions based upon the transfer system control information when the approval by the approval part 52 is successful.
