[PROBLEMS] To provide a pouch mounting type ferrule having simple mechanism and excellent operability. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This ferrule (1) comprises a body (10) having a base part (11) in contact with the outer surface of a pouch and a mouth part (21) and a fixing means (30) fixing the bag skin of the pouch to the body (10). The fixing means (30) further comprises a coiled spring (31) and a knob (51). The coiled spring (31) is formed in a needle shape at its tip part (39), fittedly stored in the inner recessed part (13) of the base part in a compressed state, and slidably connected to the body (10). The knob (51) is installed rotatably relative to the base part (11) of the body, and an opening (62) is formed in the bottom wall (53) thereof. After the spring (31) is pierced in the bag skin in the state of being moved from the knob opening (62) to the outside of the inner recessed part (13), the knob (51) is rotated relative to the body (10). The spring (31) is pushed up to the inside of the inner recessed part (13) by the guide part (65) of the opening (62) and, at the same time, withdrawn so that the bag skin is held between the outer periphery of the spring (31) and the inner surface of the inner recessed part (13).
