1. A vaccine mixture against respiratory system pathologies in cattle, characterised in that it comprises at least three valencies of polynucleotide vaccines. Each of them comprises an integrating plasmoid, which covers a gene of one cattle pathogen valency, which expresses it in vivo in a host cell, while the valencies are selected from a group, consisting of cattle herpesvirus, syncythial virus of cattle respiratory system, muciositis virus and type 3 parainfluenza virus. For each valence, the plasmoids comprise one or several genes, selected from the group, consisting of gB and gD for the cattle herpes virus, F and G for syncythial virus of cattle respiratory system, E2, C + E1 + E2 and E1 + E2 for the mociositis virus, HN and F for type 3 parainfluenza virus. 8. Application of one or several plasmoids, as indicated in claims 1-7, to produce a vaccine for the vaccination of cattle, previously vaccinated with a vaccine selected from a group, which comprises: a full live vaccine, a full inactivated vaccine, a subunit vaccine, a recombined vaccine. the first vaccine has (an) antigen(s) coded by the plasmoid or (an) antigen(s) ensuring cross immunity. 9. A vaccination set, covering a vaccinating mixture defined in claim 1, and the first vaccine, selected from the group comprising: a full live vaccine, a full inactivated vaccine, a subunit vaccine, a recombined vaccine. The first vaccine has an antigen, coded by a polynucleotide vaccine or an antigen ensuring cross immunity. The set is designed for the administration of the first vaccine during first vaccination and of the vaccinating mixture during booster vaccination.
|
