A closure (1) comprises a slider housing (2) and a closure wedge (5) which is held by side guide members (7) along grooves (8) arranged laterally w.r.t. the direction of flow. The wedge has a sealing rubber elastic mantle (9) and the guide members are arranged at mid height.
