<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping joint capable of communicating and connecting both tips of a supply pipe and a return pipe with each other while jointing and securing the both tips in a position in a hot water faucet side of hot water supply piping, in order to perform piping to exhibit an instantaneous water heating function by warming the hot water supply piping by heat transfer from heating piping. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of joint parts 82, 82 protruded in the same direction from the periphery of a main body part 81 communicate with each other by a U-shaped communication passage, and a jointed part 83 comprising a pair of fastener belt pieces 831, 831 is protruded from the end face of the main body part 81. The downstream end of the supply pipe 72 is connected to one of the joint parts 82, 82, and the upstream end of the return pipe 73 is connected to the other of the joint parts 82, 82. The downstream end and the upstream end are jointed and fixed to a hot water supply joint interposed between the tip of the hot water supply piping and the hot water faucet by the jointed part 83.
