PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an interleave time required for achieving a desired service time ratio. SOLUTION: The interleave transmission system comprises a transmitting device for transmitting a transmission packet interleaved based on a time set beforehand, and a receiving device for receiving the transmission packet from the transmitting device and reproduces it as a packet data. The transmitting device includes an encoding means for encoding an inputted packet data to a transmission packet composed of product codes synthesized with a plurality of codes. The receiving device includes a first decoding means for detecting a data error for the transmission packet, and performing decoding or erasures in packet units, based on the detection result; and a second decoding means for performing error correction on the erased packet obtained by the first decoding means.
