PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a driver of changes in information on a vehicle and operations by occupants. SOLUTION: The display device 4 is provided with a luminous section 41 provided in a visor section 3 and a control section 42 which performs the luminous control of the luminous section 41. The control section 42 performs the luminous control of the luminous section 41 according to traveling conditions information such as a remaining amount of fuel, traveling environment information such as the amount of light and the amount of ultraviolet rays in the interior of the vehicle, and operations such as a direction indicating operation by an occupant by allowing a processing section 47 to execute programs stored in a memory section 48. A driver's seat 1 of the vehicle is provided with the display device 4 and a steering 6. The steering 6 comprises a steering wheel 61 and a fastening section 62 and has shape in which a portion of the steering wheel 61 above the fastening section 62 is cut out when the steering 6 is in the neutral state.
