PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a voltage regulator from stopping an operation when a line conveying a feedback signal to an integrated circuit is electrically deteriorated. SOLUTION: In the voltage regulator 34 having feedback input for receiving the feedback signal from a feedback terminal 44, power output to be connected to an output terminal 38 and generating the power output according to the feedback signal, it has a voltage generator 54 having an amplitude greater than an output DC voltage and the output of the voltage generator 54 is connected to the feedback input via a pull-up resistor 46.
