PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wasteful power consumption by just that much by turning OFF power supply in a shorter time in the case that a cooker is apparently left unused by a user than a case that it is left in a state where the user seems to be using it. SOLUTION: This cooker comprises a heating means 1, a control means 3, a power supply circuit 4, a power opening and closing means 5, a holding means 6, and an input means 2. A non-use timer time for measuring the leaving time in a state where the user does not use the cooking and a reference timer time for measuring the leaving time during use by the user are set in the condition of the reference timer time>the non-user timer time, and when the respective timers reach 0, the power supply is OFF.
