PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device or the like capable of acquiring and positioning quickly a position information satellite, even when a frequency deviation positioned last time is greatly different from the present frequency deviation. SOLUTION: A positioning means 40 has a search means 40a or the like for searching the position information satellite 12a or the like. This terminal device 30 has a first acquisition object satellite acquisition means for acquiring a first acquisition object satellite by using all the usable search means 40a or the like, a synchronous frequency information storage means for storing synchronous frequency information showing a terminal side synchronous frequency for searching for each position information satellite 12a or the like, a first difference information acquisition means for acquiring the first difference information showing the difference between the terminal side synchronous frequency corresponding to the first acquisition object satellite and the first acquisition frequency which is a frequency acquiring the first acquisition object satellite, and a positioning-necessary-number satellite acquisition means for acquiring position information satellites to the positioning-necessary-number necessary for positioning based on the first difference information.
