The invention relates to compounds of the formula (1) wherein X<1>, X<2> and X<3> independently is a halogen; p is an integer from 1 to 3; and R is -COOH, OR<1> wherein R<1> is a substituted isothiazole ring, or SR<2> wherein R<2> is (CH2)qC(COOH)(NHC(0)R<3>) wherein q is an integer from 0 to 3, and R<3> is (C1-C4)alkyl; and to pharmaceutically acceptable salts, prodrugs and solvates thereof. The invention also relates to methods of treating a hyperproliferative disorder in a mammal by administering the compounds of formula (1) and to pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds of formula (1).
