PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a fault diagnosis of an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A network of a collection, charging and distribution machine performs collection, charging and distribution of a portable electric energy accumulation device 106z. During use of each portable electric energy accumulation device in each vehicle, a vehicle diagnostic data concerning each vehicle is stored on a diagnostic data storage system 306 of the portable electric energy accumulation device. When a user disposes the portable electric energy accumulation device in the collection, charging and distribution machine or enters a radio communication range of the collection, charging and distribution machine, connection between the collection, charging and distribution machine and the portable electric energy accumulation device is established. Thereafter, the collection, charging and distribution machine reads the vehicle diagnostic data stored on the diagnostic data storage system of the portable electric energy accumulation device, and provides information relating to the diagnostic data. |
