PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threaded hole machining device formed to mount a plurality of machining means for continuously carrying out burring and tapping, at optional spaces. SOLUTION: The threaded hole machining device comprises a driving means A normally and reversely rotatable by screwing a multiple thread nut rotatably fitted with a driving gear, with a multiple thread screw shaft erected on a base; a transmission means B formed by meshing a plurality of gear groups mounted to a plurality of base shafts respectively, with a spline shaft; and a plurality of machining means C each formed by mounting a machining drill detachably to the tip of a driving shaft rotatably pivoted to a unit body. The driving means A and the transmission means B are stored in a gear box mounted to a movable plate vertically moving together with a lifting base of a press, and the transmission means B and the machining means C are connected directly or through a joint shaft. Drop pressure generated by the drop of the movable plate is transmitted as driving force to the machining means C through the driving means A and the transmission means B to continuously and simultaneously perform burring and tapping to a plurality of parts of a plate to be machined.
