PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail transmission/reception method requiring only a little distribution data amount, and allowing display of a three-dimensional image by only opening an electronic mail. SOLUTION: This reception terminal device has an application program for the electronic mail, and an application program for three-dimensional drawing display. An electronic mail address of the reception terminal device is added with a specific character and/or symbol ignored as a destination address on a communication network and is added with drawing target specification information for specifying a three-dimensional drawing display object, and the electronic mail is transmitted to the reception terminal device. By detecting the specific character and/or symbol included in the electronic mail address, the reception terminal device starts the application program for the three-dimensional drawing display, acquires basic data for three-dimensionally drawing-displaying the three-dimensional drawing display object specified by the drawing target specification information, and three-dimensionally drawing-displays them on a reception electronic mail display screen.
