PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock box capable of preventing illicit unlocking even if a thin plate is inserted into the lock box from a hole for allowing a dead bolt to go in and out. SOLUTION: This lock box structure is locked and unlocked by rotating a potbelly 3 in the predetermined direction by engaging a locking-unlocking arm 4 integrally formed in the potbelly 3 connected to a cylinder lock or a thumb-turn with a driven cutout 5, by movably guiding the dead bolt 1 for integrally forming the driven cutout 5 in the longitudinal direction vertical to a front plate 2 in the lock box.
