<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnesium alloy metal seat cushion panel for cars with good resisting capability against fatigue and a molding method of the magnesium alloy metal seat cushion panel for cars that has no cast defect and can be cast with high pressure. <P>SOLUTION: The magnesium alloy metal seat cushion panel for cars is made by casting a reinforcement structure for solving the concentration of stress on a specific part of a panel housing that is vulnerable to the concentration of stress. A round reinforcement section is formed at an inflected part and a spring hook with a supporting structure of which both ends are closed is formed at a spring installing part S.
