PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image photographing device, moving image photographing control method, and moving image photographing control program in which a moving image photographing starting or ending or fader function can be easily implemented. SOLUTION: A cellular phone set 1 comprises a control device 21, a display device 12, a speaker 13, a microphone 14, a camera 15, a storage device 22, a power supply section 23, a communication device 24, an opened and closed state detector 25 which detects an opened state or a closed state using a switch inside a hinge 17 and outputs a predetermined signal to the control device 21, and an acceleration sensor 32 for detecting a state in which a second case 19 has been started to be opened with respect to a first case 18, a state in which the second case 19 has been started to be superimposed (closed) with respect to the first case 18, or an acceleration in a state in which the second case 19 is completely superimposed (closed), and outputting a result to the control device 21.
