PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building capable of effectively arranging a habitable room and a storage space for reducing construction cost by restraining the height of the whole building. SOLUTION: A specific floor and a just above floor have intermediate floors 30 and 40 arranged in a part of these floors, an intermediate underfloor side space formed on the lower side of intermediate floors 30 and 40, and an intermediate floor upper side space formed on the upper side of the intermediate floors. A blow-out space 32 is constituted for communicating at least a part of the intermediate floor upper side space of the specific floor with at least a part of the intermediate underfloor side space of the just above floor. The intermediate floor upper side space of the just above floor is formed as an attic storage space 42. The intermediate underfloor side space of the specific floor is formed as a storage space 31, and a floor surface of the storage space 31 is mutually continuously formed without a step height with a floor surface of the specific floor. Among the intermediate underfloor side space of the just above floor, the intermediate underfloor side space without constituting the blow-out space 32 is formed as a storage space 41.
