It is a primary object of the present invention to increase universality and convenience at use of disposable gynecologic instruments for sampling from mucosas. An inventive combined instrument for sampling comprises an elongated stem (1) having two shanks (3, 7). The shanks (3, 7) are provided with a pair of scrapers (4, 8) one of which is as a spoon (8) and the second scraper (4) is heart-shaped and provided with two lobes (5, 6). The stem (1) has length not more than half of distance between the second ends of the shanks (3, 7) and not more than length of the shank (7) provided with the spoon (8).
