The plate has a vapor chamber (2) at its interior, to communicate with exterior through openings (4, 4`) on an upper side of the plate. The openings act as distribution chimney and are adapted to permit draining off of water in the chamber. The openings permit the formed vapor to escape when the chamber is at adequate temperature. The opening (4) has a size greater than the opening (4`), and the chamber has a parallelepiped shape.
