The cooler has a base plate with two sides, where one side is arranged on a component, and other side is arranged on a nozzle plate (20). The plate (20) has an inlet pipe connection and a discharge pipe connection (22) for a cooling medium e.g. water. Discharge channels (20) are formed in the plate (20) by drilling and fluidly connected with the connection (22). The channels conduct medium on the base plate.
