PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the decomposition of pranoprofen by light. SOLUTION: The subject pranoprofen-containing composition capable of markedly being stabilized against light is provided by containing the pranoprofen or its salt and a vitamin B<SB>12</SB>. Further, in an aqueous composition, it is possible to maintain its appearance in a good state over a long period since it is possible to keep it a clear state without forming precipitated materials or insoluble materials.
