Pharmaceutically active substance (I), for treating tumors (preferably skin cancers), comprises dendritic cells (loaded with toxins and/or its synergistically and/or antagonistically acting alternates from toxic cocktail of spiders of the family Pholcidae) cultivated in the presence of interleukin. An independent claim is also included for a method for preparation of (I). ACTIVITY : Cytostatic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
