PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and efficient-to-use plaster obtained by crushing scrap materials such as scrap gypsum boards used for building interior materials and scrap roofing tiles, mixing them with and dispersing them in a mortar material for reutilization instead of burying them in the soil for disposal as has been practiced. SOLUTION: The scrap gypsum boards used for a building interior material are crushed to the extent that not less than 20% (by weight) of the gypsum powder has a particle size of not more than 2 mm and not less than 10% (by weight) of the paper pulp fibers have a fiber length of not more than 8 mm. The crushed materials are mixed with and dispersed in a plaster admixture consisting of lime, Funori or a glue obtained from a marine alga, a fibrous binder, a resin, etc., for reutilization. The scrap roofing tiles are crushed to the extent not less than 30% (by weight) of the crushed roofing tiles have a particle size of 3-6 mm or 20% (by weight) of the crushed roofing tiles have a particle size of not more than 4 mm. The plaster material contains the crushed roofing tiles mixed and dispersed in it as aggregate.
