摘要 <p>The invention relates to 5-aminosalicylic acid of slow- released type in magnetic intercalated structure and the preparation method thereof. The invention has NFe204 of spinel type as magnetic material, LDHs of anion layered material as host, 5aminosalicylic acid as intercalated object. Firstly the spinel nanopowders are added into soluble mixed salt solution comprising metal ion of bivalence and tervalence, then which is intercalation-assembled with alkali solution of 5-aminosalicylic acid, 5ASA-LDHs/NFe204 of supra molecular is thus obtained. Said magnetic 5-amino salicylic acid slow-released formulation is composed of the structure of shell/nucleus type, that is the layered material is coated outside with NFe204 nanoparticles, the specific saturation magnetization of which is 1.0-4.Oemu/g, the particle size of which is around 25-120nm. The invention imparts the medication with magnetism, and the medication is targeted to a focus location by the lead of outside magnetism. The treatment time is reduced and the treatment effect is improved.</p>
